Greeting from Greenville, at the Touch a Truck event held in downtown Greenville SC. This photo was taken by Connie Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 6/6/2010.
Annually Greenville has the Touch a Truck event and I have enjoyed sharing photos from those events over the last few years .. this year was different .. this year I was photographer along with my grandson. It was great fun to turn the camera over to Connie and “touch trucks” with my grandson. We climbed into and all over a fire engine, police vehicles, and other trucks. Bravo to the City of Greenville for providing this event.

This photo comes from the Touch A Truck event highlighted yesterday … I took this photo because I thought the scene was common yet unique. FedEx trucks are everywhere and I have shared several photos of the Carolina First building. However, rarely is a FedEx truck parked sideways on a McBee street. So I captured the moment.

This weekend was Greenville’s annual touch a truck event which draws crowds of children and parents each year … I had a blast taking photos … watching children imaginations ignite was wonderful … the excitement was evident on their faces … and you will find, in the following thumbnails, many very proud parents as well … thank you Greenville for such a wonderful event.
