Yesterday the ladies of the Red Hat Society were dining on the patio of Mary’s Restaurant … the scene reminds me of this photo showing my Mother dressed to attend a Red Hat event.

Yesterday was overcast and rainy which made the red berries, in today’s photo, stand out … One of the nice traits about Greenville is that even in the Winter we have color on display … The Bowater building (map location) is in the background.

As a follow-up to Saturday’s post showing a rainbow peace flag waving in downtown Greenville, I will share some of the colors of the rainbow over the next few days. Today I share a close-up of a bud from a rose bush in Falls Park. I took the photo a few days ago so you can see Spring is rapidly approaching.

A couple of days ago I posted a green wall, not long ago a black wall was shared, and today we share a red wall. Personally I like the texture of this photo. Also, I like the idea of color as a mini theme.

Continuing the Christmas theme I am shareing a present which glows. The present is part of a window display at the Ballew and Scott Clothiers store in downtown Greenville. Click here to see a photo of the full window display.
