Today is theme day in the City Daily Photo community. In the sprit of the season we are sharing some spooky doors decorated for Halloween. The doors are at the Sushi Murasaki restaurant in downtown Greenville. And yes there was some Photo Shop post processing on today’s image. You may remember this previously posted photo of the Sushi Murasaki restaurant in morning light where the doors are not distorted .. The monthly theme, for the City Daily Photo community, is feet and our contribution is this photo of little feet in the fountain on River Walk … actually it was very hot yesterday and many were enjoying the fountain … some may remember this previously posted photo showing kids (at heart) playing in this same fountain … also, you may click here to view thumbnails for participating City Daily Photo community members from around the world.

On theme day I’m sharing a photo of family treasures … The swan and bowl were gifts to my mother many years ago … the bell was a gift to my wife … It is engraved “Connie is the bell of the ball”.

PPS: Thanks for your comments … theme day was lots of fun … For those who commented on the black background and the glass shelf, I though I would explain that these treasures are in a crystal cabinet which I inherited from my mother. We had the cabinet refinished in black. It comes with a glass shelf’s, a light, and a mirror on the bottom. I have included a link showing the crystal cabinet … Once again, thank your for your comments … I enjoyed sharing this with all of you.
