The RiverPlace Building, located at 550 South Main Street. I’m sure there’s a great view of Falls Park from that top corner space. Has anyone ever been up there?

The RiverWalk @ RiverPlace website says the project is expected to be complete by the end of 2011. Interestingly the project includes 44 luxury apartments .. not condos. At their website there is as interesting image showing the long term concept for RiverPlace. To see it; visit their website, select adjoining land, then drag to the bottom of the file which opens. I predict you will say “wow”.

I met prospective clients at RiverPlace yesterday and while there I took this close-up of a piece of art on display. The art is Focus by John Warren .. in looking at my previous post it is interesting how many different presentations of the art can be found .. as for the prospective clients, we held our discussion at a Starbucks outdoor table .. we discussed the possibility my developing an iPhone app for them .. doing business in downtown Greenville is a pleasure.

The entrance to Falls Park, across from RiverPlace, is always busy on Friday night … the sculpture in the forground is called Falls Lake Fall.
