This is construction site at the amphitheater behind the Peace Center. Â The track hoe is on a pile of gravel that it is loading into the new construction area. Â The photo has been modified with aÂ Tilt-shift effect to make the construction area look like a diorama.
While this lineup in the new Peace Center plaza might look like a football lineup, the men were actually checking out some of the names on the stones. Â I believe the names were sponsors of the Peace Center renovation. Â The name engravings blend into the patterns of the stone, and it’s easy to completely miss them if you don’t know they are there.
