Recently, I noticed this flash of yellow in the grass next to the Reedy River .. I paused, enjoyed the moment, took this photo, and I’m enjoying the moment a second time by sharing it with you.

Today’s photo shows more of the yellow flowers next to River Walk in downtown Greenville … the hard working grounds crew will be pleased to know that I was in fact on the designated walkway when I took this photo (smile).

Locals from Greenville might be able to tell this photo is about two weeks old. The blooms, from these flowers, are gone but there are many more to come … You may remember these past photos of flowers in downtown Greenville … Daffodils with Mary’s Restaurant in the backgound and Tulips are blooming.

Given it rained yesterday, locals will know I took this photo a couple of days ago … I think it is the rains this Winter which make the Daffodils look so good now … so in an indirect way this photo is current.
