<p>The Nicholtown Neighborhood Garden is also notable because it is the only garden in South Carolina that has been nominated for the <a href="http://www.communitiestakeroot.com">Communities Take Root</a> contest to add fresh fruit to their garden space.  If you have an extra minute, take time to read their entry, register and cast a vote for them!</p>
