I had not realised how much I missed the blue sky until I posted the photos from the last two days. So today I am sharing a white awning with a blue sky in the background. The white awing is part of a parking garage in downtown Greenville. Click here to see a wider view of the parking garage.

Today, we share photos of the Bradford pear trees on Coffee Street in downtown Greenville. The photo I would like to share is one I’m having trouble capturing … On a windy day the peddles petals from the Bradford Pears fall like snow. I would love to capture that scene and I will continue to try however I suspect I’ll have to settle with the sharing of a description of the scene.

Continuing our white theme, today we share a photo of white blossoms behind a humous parking attendent. The photo was taken recently on Augusta Street in downtown Greenville. You can tell I was out for a walk early morning on a Sunday given there are no cars in the parking lot.

Continuing the white theme today we share this photo of white flowers and white porch railings on a baby blue house. The house is in downtown Greenville one block off of Augusta Street next to the Governor’s School for the arts … Happy Easter everyone.

Today I continue the mini theme of white shared over the last few days. Today’s photo present white on blue. The photo is of The Galleries of Brian Brigham which is located at 1004 Augusta street in downtown Greenville. They advertise antiques, interior design, garden shop, and an event site. In addition there is a sign that says a restaurant called Shane’s provides distinctive Southern Cuisine behind the gallery. In addition there is a sign indicating a peacock garden in back. I plan to visit during business hours with hopes of photographing a peacock.

Today I’m continuing the white theme started yesterday. Actually red and white yesterday and today it is white and white. The building is called Scott Tower and I understand it is managed by the Greenville Housing Authority. I also read that Scott Tower was the first housing for the elderly built by the city of Greenville.
