Looking for the next great photo opportunity in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted on GreenvileDailyPhoto.com on 10/9/2007.
I found appealing the focus this young lady had on what her next photo would be … A question to the other daily photo bloggers. Do you look like this lady when on a photo hunt or like one of the following?

Okay, I admit it. I have lens-envy … Today’s photo shows a photographer who appears to be ready to take advantage of any photo opportunity which presents itself. So I Goggled “lens envy” and this is what I found: (following is a quote from Andrew Garrett and his cure for lens envy post at digital-shot.com

Question: What fraction of photography contest winning photographs are taken with the normal lens?

Answer: Did you guess over 75%? Any guess less than 50% is a sign of being a lens-aholic ;-)

Man in pink taking photos on Liberty Bridge in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 8/28/2007.
Yesterday, at lunch, I took this photo as part of my taking photos series showing others with their camera. Today’s photo also raises the question. Should a man wear pink? … Personally, I think this guy is big enough that he can carry it off without anyone questioning his masculinity .

Taking photos with bifocals in downtown Greenville, SC
I enjoyed naming this post. For those who have to wear bifocals you will recognize the technique … Also the following information, about Greenville, can be can be seen in today’s photo:

  • We like our loud shirts as shown in today’s photos and in this previous post.
  • All Americans are not overweight. Sadly I am, as a result today’s photo serves as a motivation.
  • Nightlife on Main Street last at least until 1:30am given the sign says “kitchen open until 1:30am”.
  • Motorcycles are still on Main Street even though this previous post states they are what annoys me.
  • Clothing stores can still be found on Main Street despite the proliferation of condos and restaurants. Bergens is one such clothing store.

Multitasking is a common practice as shown in the photo taken looking down from Liberty Bridge in Greenville, SC
I like this photo mostly because of the perspective. I took it looking down from the Liberty Bridge … The photo shows how common multitasking has become … What is your worst multitasking habit?
