Today’s I share a photo of another piece of art which is making a statement. In addition to demonstrating the novel art scene Greenville offers, this photo also falls into my colorful restroom photo series. Qi Mountain, not your typical sports gym, is opening a store front in the Historic West End of downtown Greenville. Connie and I have talked about it and we plan to give the experience a try … My sister, Leonda, says that she has tried meditation however when the instructor asked them to visualize a garden she could not use her garden because she only saw weeds which needed to be pulled … I need to be quick to say that Leonda’s garden is outstanding and any weed which appears has a very short life … Leonda visualized a garden where a staff of gardeners were paid to keep it perfect.

Greenville had wonderful blue skies yesterday. So today I am sharing those skies with you. I like how the blue outlines the red in this photo. Note that the business, Postcard from Paris, gets a plug as well. To see a local Parisian’s view of Paris visit my friend Eric at Paris Daily Photo.

Almost every old building on South Main is being restored. Several have available signs on them while the restoration is underway. This building housed an old seafood store and was where I took a photo of an old seafood sign. The photo was of OOD in seafood. The planner have wisely extended the same practices successfully used before where the street is limited to two lanes of traffic, there is angle parking, trees are planted, and wide sidewalks are provided.
