This is construction site at the amphitheater behind the Peace Center. The track hoe is on a pile of gravel that it is loading into the new construction area. The photo has been modified with a Tilt-shift effect to make the construction area look like a diorama.

While this lineup in the new Peace Center plaza might look like a football lineup, the men were actually checking out some of the names on the stones. I believe the names were sponsors of the Peace Center renovation. The name engravings blend into the patterns of the stone, and it’s easy to completely miss them if you don’t know they are there.
