I took this photo a short distance from where yesterday’s photo was taken. In fact they were both taken on Saturday afternoon. As you can see I chose to push the color saturation and personally I feel it does a good job of showing the mood of the day. Bright and colorful.

I am intrigued by the landscaping at Falls Park in downtown Greenville. They often line walkways with rocks and flower beds. However, what intrigues me is that plants appear even under the rocks extending on to the walkway. Here is an extra photo showing the rocks, walkways, and plants.

For local readers, if you have not been to see a performance at Upstate Shakespeare Festival you are really missing out. There are several performances during August and I highly recommend it. The performances are held at the Falls Park outdoor stage shown in this photo.
For all our readers, Greenville is lucky to have a vibrant art’s community. The many performances are one of the ways the experience of living in Greenville is defined.
