This window display caught my attention and I thought I would share it with y’all. Also, as a service (smile) to local shoppers I may highlight the window displays of stores in downtown Greenville. This window display is at Drake’s Flowers which has been a downtown tradition since 1932.

Grasp Creative Technology, in downtown Greenville, not only has a Koi pond in their office. They also have a palm tree. It is a very enjoyable office space.

At the same event, where the formula one race cars were on display (see yesterday’s photo), Clemson University was sharing ideas being worked on at ICAR. Personally I’m in the market for an alternative fuel vehicle so the ICAR display held my attention more than the Formula One cars.

I like to acknowledge business endeavors and I especially like to share a photo when there are bright colors involved … We have not tried ScratchMeals.com yet however I can see it becoming a business we depend on.

This hot dog stand, on Main Street in Greenville, has a sign advertising catering. I thought this was a really good idea and for my next birthday I’m going to ask Connie to have Sabratt Dogs on Wheels cater our celebration meal … Notice the sauce, in the linked photo, it is called “pain 100%”.
PS: The correct name for this business is “Dogs on Wheels”. Sabratt is a brand of hot dog. You can find Dogs on Wheels at the intersection of Main Street and McBee.
For Father’s day I asked for a giraffe instead of a tie. Specifically I wanted the tallest and most colorful giraffe which the store Go Fish had to offer … Then I was faced with how to get a giraffe home when you drive a BMW Z3 roadster as I do. This photo shows my solution … While I was loading the giraffes a photography class was passing by. They had a great time and a good laugh. The gentleman on the left of the photo is Jack Schmidt from JS photoart
PS: I’m taking a break (see note in side bar) for detail. I hope you enjoy the repost of photos from the past.
