My car broke down and I’m waiting for AAA (triple A) to give me a tow … No this is not the start of a joke this is what is really happening as I post this photo … I took the photo a few nights ago and since I’m a little blue, about my car, I thought I would post a blu photo … I’m sure it will all look better tomorrow and I should be thankful I have a towing service.

PS: Good news. The bill was only $149 and my little blue car is running again.

I wonder how similar car breakdowns experences around the world are handled. Are towing services common place? Do friends and family help with jumper cables? Maybe, in some of the more socially advanced nations, there are government programs to provide roadside auto services!

We met some friends and from there went on to the Blue Martini where a costume contest was underway.
