A look behind the counter at the Chocolate Moose on Main Street. I can personally verify that the cupcakes are as good as they look (we tried the Black Bottom variety, top right).

The Children’s Museum has a ton of awesome hands-on activities for kids and families to explore. In addition to the regular hands-on activities available, there is an exhibit upstairs that rotates quarterly that is currently dedicated to dinosaurs. Here’s a model of a T-Rex head that greets you right as you get off the elevator.

A view looking up at Mary’s at Falls Cottage from Falls Park. I’ve always liked how nicely this area (and the umbrellas) are framed by the two trees to either side.

A small waterfall that feeds into the Reedy River just a short distance away. This nice little secluded area is located in the Cancer Survivors park found between Falls Park and the Governer’s School.

TD Saturday Market
Here’s a look down Main Street during the TD Saturday Market last week. The Saturday Market ends on October 29th, so there will be two more weeks to stroll through on Saturday mornings (with the vendors getting this week off, due to Fall for Greenville going on Friday – Sunday).
There sure is a lot of construction going on downtown. Here you can see the plans for the renovated Peace Center with the actual construction going on in the background. Then you also have the projects at the intersection of Washington and Main Street and also whatever building it is that’s going up near the West End that currently has the neon green material on it – anyone know what’s going into either of those spaces?

The RiverPlace Building, located at 550 South Main Street. I’m sure there’s a great view of Falls Park from that top corner space. Has anyone ever been up there?
