I came home late on Friday but just in time to go out to eat at
Augusta Grill, our favorite restaurant. Then a short walk on Main Street to take a photo. The photo today shows night light reflections at
Soby’s on the Side in downtown Greenville. Note the policeman in the background. There was a party on the rooftop and the policeman was watching over the festivities.

We enjoyed another fun filled day in the parks of downtown Greenville. Photos, in this collage; include
Children’s Garden at Linky Stone Park,
Falls Park, and the
Liberty Bridge. I especially like the mountain at Linky Stone and the overlook at Falls Park. Notice the pigions in the top right. I did not notice them until my observant grandson pointed them out. He has a good eye for detail.

We had a very enjoyable walk in the parks yesterday. My grandson was visiting and we strolled through the parks of downtown Greenville. The weather was perfect. We walked to the playground in Cleveland Park and along the way we enjoyed many adventures. We enjoyed a nature trail, the fighter pilot memorial, and a radio operated model airplane. We also enjoyed the train in Cleveland park.

Newt Gingrich.

We enjoyed a great meal at
Addy’s Dutch Cafe last night and also enjoyed the art on the walls. Local Greenville residents know that Addy’s serves the best soups in town. Last night we had a muster, brie, and white asparagus soup. In fact Addy’s soups are so good you can put your name on a list to be notified when he makes on of your favorites … You may remember these past photos from Addy’s.

The weather has been great and like many others we enjoyed a stroll on Main Street this last weekend. Last January we had lots of
ice in the fountains. So the warm weather is very enjoyable.
