Today, is theme day in the City Daily Photo community and our contribution is this photo taken yesterday showing Connie and our grandson. They are walking through a passageway in the rainbow at Linky Stone Park. Past the obvious pride of a grandfather I have chosen to share this photo because it does a good job of showing what it is like to live in downtown Greenville. The building on the left is our condo complex, the building in middle is the Peace Center for performing arts, and the building on the right is a condo complex called the Terrace at RiverPlace. The Reedy river runs between the Peace Center and the Terrace. Parks and green space run the length of the Reedy as it passes through downtown Greenville. The park in today’s photo is a children’s park called Linky Stone. Featured in today’s photo is flower garden built in the shape of a rainbow complete with rainbow colored bricks.

What a lovely passageway.
I bet this looks spectacular when all the flowers are in full bloom
Your grandson’s path is going to be fun to follow…the best passageway for him is with the help of his grandparents!
Sweet! Both because of your grandson and the garden. Are the flowers chosen to match the colors of the rainbow too?
Now, that’s a nice shot w/ the figures coming at you.
What a beautiful, livable downtown! Great post for theme day.
