    Hi deana .. yes the drifts can be a pain. Here is a link to a photo my sister and brother-in-law shared showing 7 inches of additional snow in Stratford. They had 10.5 inches of snow last weekend. It looks like you may have had more drifting than Stratford did.

    What town in north Texas do you live in? I grew up in Stratford. As my comment mentions I still have relatives there. I also have relatives in the Oklahoma Panhandle.

      i live in wichita falls. so not quite as far north. it has been a very cold winter here. even the locals are saying they have never seen anything like it. makes me really miss upstate sc. (then again, that doesn’t take much.)
