This is a great shot! I drive by here every day. I have been wondering if they let this happen on purpose or was it acccidental. The fountain is still on…seems like they could turn it off if they were concerned about it…or maybe the pipes would freeze and burst if they did shut it off? Anyway, it sure is cool. Veeery cool!
