As I am scrolling thru the posts today, I’ve noted how many bloggers are using sunlight or commenting on its qualities. Perhaps it’s because we are dreading oncoming winter? The bridge looks very charming, Denton.
Kate, I have reflected on this and blogged once that the reason is that in cold weather I tend to walk in the sun to stay warm (smile) .. actually I think the sun stays lower in the sky this time of year and as a result there are more photo opportunities which involve the sun. I’ll have to browse the City Daily Photo community to see others sun related contributions.
Denton,
That’s OUR bridge. When my husband and I were dating we would walk down to the park. We sat on that bridge many nights planning our furture and just making out. LOL That was over 35 years ago. We need to wander back there now that we’re back in Greenville. Thank you for the great picture of a spot we hold dear.

Betty, I’m very pleased to receive your comment. Thanks for sharing a wonderful memory.
I like the lighting in this scene too. Nicely done, Denton!
Thanks Marsha.
