Yesterday the ladies of the Red Hat Society were dining on the patio of Mary’s Restaurant … the scene reminds me of this photo showing my Mother dressed to attend a Red Hat event.

Today’s photo shows more of the yellow flowers next to River Walk in downtown Greenville … the hard working grounds crew will be pleased to know that I was in fact on the designated walkway when I took this photo (smile).

I took this photo yesterday shortly after lunch … the flowers on River Walk were especially appealing … the blue cover is for sidewalk art created during Artisphere … the cover will be removed soon and the sidewalk art will last for a year … the flowers will not last that long … so locals my want to drop by and enjoy them soon.

It was a rainy weekend in Greenville and blue sky was not to be found … the photo I’m sharing today was taken a few weeks ago … actually the street lights are from even longer time past … the scene is in Greenville’s Historic West End.

This was my first time to see poodles instead toy poodles … big difference … the gentleman in the photo shared a smile and a look of pride in his two beautiful dogs … all three seems very content.
