An idea to live by … This sign can be found at Falls Park in downtown Greenville … From my experience Greenville does a good job of following this advice. Personally I have never noticed any littering in the park.

This is great. I really like seeing things like this. It is great to remember.
nice post for earth hour today
I always wonder why people need to be reminded.
true no one should have to be reminded to keep the earth clean, free from litter.
I know that is the purpose of the words on the sign, but personally I also see a deeper meaning in those words. I can see its meaning can be used in relationships.
Would that more people were like that.
I agree! We have just about destroyed everything. Can’t people even enjoy a walk in the woods without disturbing things or throwing their trash on the ground? People in other developed counties don’t do that. Germany is so clean, you don’t even see a cigarette butt on the ground.
Enough ranting:Love your photographs. If you have a regular photo blog you should join us in our “My Town” Friday shoot outs.
Greenville is a nice place. I used to go there a lot when I lived in Georgia.
