		<description>Neva, yes temperature is relative.  Minus 19 is very cold and with any wind it would be unbearable ... our low today, in Greenville, was 14.  A full 31 degrees warmer than your bone chilling low ...  Much to my surprise I loved my walk to work today because of all the additional photo opportunities the freezing weather presented.</description>
