We had fog again on Thursday morning. On my walk to work the fog started out heavy and then began to burn off as the sun rose in the sky. At one point the sun reflected off the glass of Liberty Square and refracted through the fog. It made for an interesting photo.

Yesterday, it was a foggy morning in Greenville. Later in the day we had cold rain and wind … However compared to the ice storm, which impacted much of the US, Greenville’s weather was great.

Last week, on one of the coldest days of the year, I took this photo of the windows being washed above O.P. Taylors. The sky was clear, the perspective is good, and the windows are clean.

Actually we have more grass, at our condo, than what is shown here. And the strip of grass shown is ornamental, remains at a consistent tall height, and is only mowed once a year. However, I thought the scene was humors and symbolic of one difference between living in a suburb versus an urban condo.

Yesterday the downtown 5K road race was held in Greenville. Today’s photo shows one of the runners warning up … This link shows the crowds and the finish line.
