Today’s photo show Bill Burns painting the set for an upcoming performance of Shakespeare. The next performance is “Pericles, Prince of Tyre” on May 15-18th. Connie and I have enjoyed every performance we have attended … Bill was gracious in allowing me to take and share his photograph. In addition Bill shared a little about himself. He is poet, painter, and professor. Also, as the photo shows Bill performs a pivotal part in preparation for the performances put on by the Upstate Shakespeare Festival … Following are few extra images:

It is good to show some of the usually hidden parts of stage plays, the prior work that goes into them…not only the actors who spend many hours/days/weeks rehearsing, but also stage preps.

Thanks for sharing Denton.
