February 23, 2008 - A rainy day in Greenville

It was a rainy day in Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 2/23/2008.
As this photo shows, yesterday was a rainy day in Greenville. I took the photo yesterday in Falls Park on my walk home at lunch … We need the moisture so I’m happy about the rain.

Very nice! I like how you caught so many water droplets in this photo.

WE had rain all day too and it froze where it fell. So we have a lot of ice, now thick ice, on everything and on top of a lot of snow. I have to put out a lot of feed for the wildlife and they eat a lot when it is like this because everything is under ice except what I put out.

I saw your berries on the portal and thought of cherries but they must be something different. It is a nice photograph.

Love this photo Denton. It looks like the berries that grown on Nandia bushes. Clipping a few bunches of the Berries makes a lovely display in little vases. I have 4 of the Nandia bushes here and I love to display some of the berry sprigs in vases at Christmas time on my mantel.

I agree with the others how fresh your photo is and special with those raindrops.

Love your photo of the berries with the raindrops, Denton. More people need to realize that photography isn’t just for sunny days.
