February 19, 2008 - Evening light at Falls Park

Evening light at Falls Park in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 2/19/2008.
Today’s photo was taken recently as I left work. Personally I thought the warm weather and evening light was appealing. As you can see from the crowds on the Liberty Bridge others thought it was appealing as well … It is interesting to try and take photos facing the sun. The shadows are different and the lighting is a challenge. I was pleased with how it turned out.

This looks like an opening scene from a movie…very tender. Good job!

Can’t wait to see it in person! Visiting Greenville for the first time this weekend… coming from Iowa!

Nice blog!

Jana, yes the warm weather teases us then goes away. Back and forth.

jazzy, that is a very nice complement for Greenville.

Kristi, another nice complement. Thanks.

Heidi, be sure and comment next week and let us know how you like Greenville. Sadly the weather will be cold this weekend.

annie, thanks.
