January 6, 2008 - A church window lit by the morning sun

20080106_brick_600x4001.jpg
Looking directly opposite from yesterday’s photo I was treated to a similar brick facade and a stain glass window lit by the morning sun passing through a church in downtown Greenville. It is interesting to reflect on the difference looking one way then the opposite. Many contrast can be considered. A business then a church, private then open to the public, broken window then stain glass window, dark then light, the list goes on. And all of it made special by the morning light.

Thank you for sharing. I love the early morning sun before it is fully up. It is a fresh new day, a new beginning, and a peaceful time.

That’s a great one-two tandem of postings. Yesterday’s was almost surreal. Today’s is quite pretty. Excellent commentary on perception, light, and ‘turning round’.
