January 4, 2008 - Fire and ice

Recently, a fire and ice display was seen in the fountain in front of the Piedmont Natural Gas Company in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 1/4/2008.
Yesterday morning, on my walk to work, I took a few photos of the fountain in front of the Piedmont Natural Gas Company … I found the display of fire and ice very unique for Greenville … The temperatures came close to breaking records set in 1919. However, the good news is in a few days it will warm up … Following are a few extra photos.
