December 30, 2007 - Benches at Linky Stone Park

Benches at Linky Stone Park in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 12/30/2007.
Yesterday evening we went for a walk and on the way back took this photo of benches at Linky Stone Park. The building the back ground is the Poinsett Corners condo complex.

Maybe it is because I am so tired… but that seems like a very welcoming photo. It makes me want to sit on one of those benches and have a relaxing chat with a good friend. (That would be my wife!)

Denton, I LOVE this photo…the evening light, the lilac color benches by the river and the bridge. It does emit a sense of peacefulness and a desire to sit there with a friend.

Wayne, your comment about your friend being your wife warmed my heart this morning.

Thank you Denton for sharing this photo which inspires me with feelings of peace, love and joy.

I had never seen a few bankings violet color in a public park. It seemed to me strange. Good image.
Gracias.
