On Thursday evening, a good friend treated us to drinks at the Brown Street Club in downtown Greenville. It was a very enjoyable Christmas present … The band played blues with poinsettias in front and a Christmas tree in the background … The Brown Street Club has recently doubled in size and the result is very impressive.

Warm and cozy, rich and delicious. I love that rotary organ at the right. My mother used to play one just like it many years ago. The Brown Street Club is such a special treat in downtown Greenville and this shot gives an example of why that is.

Love this photo and it does look like a warm cozy and enjoyable place to go. Where is it located downtown?

Ann, The Brown Street Club is located at 115 Brown Street, which parallels Main Street one block to the east. You can visit their great website: http://www.brownstreetclub.com/
Denton, I see you added Doug Young Studios to your ad space. That is great! He is a wonderful artist and a friend of mine.

That looks like a joyous scene for sure, Denton. Sounds like a really nice time with good friends, at this special time of year.
Warm wishes to you and yours for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I will have to check this place out. It looks like it has a really great atmosphere. Is there live music every night?
