December 14, 2007 - Blue sky behind a green church steeple

Blue sky behind a green church steeple in downtown Greenville, SC. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman and posted at GreenvilleDailyPhoto.com on 12/9/2007.
One more photo of blue skies before the gray skies and cold weather arrive this weekend. We need the moisture so I will be pleased to skip a few days of perfect weather. I can look for photo opportunities which I hope include lots of rain.

bright is the anti-spam word and this photo is something like that. With this very blue sky and with the straight simple structure:)

Yes, as much as we love the blue skies we do need the rain…with warm enough weather that it does not freeze, and that it gets to where it is needed the most.

I am with you Denton, blue skies are nice, but we need rain so badly, I am happy to be without for a while. Dunedin is also scheduled for rain this weekend. I will keep my fingers cross, and be ready to snap it when I see it. It really is a neat shot… I love the green against the blue! Great color!
