Were the cars parked out there because they were on display?

I bumped into a nice blue Ford GT on a DCP site an hour ago, can’t remember where though now!

Intersting car…if only I thought I could crawl in and out of it with my hips…I hate having to be so practical.

Nice shot. I have a photo of the gray version of this same model which was on display during the 2006 Fall For Greenville festival. It was the first time I had ever seen one of those. It looks great in red too! Appears you beat the crowd during that particular walk.

Last year, I read an article that reports that more and more Baby Boomers (guilty) are buying cars that are yellow or red (guilty, again). Can you guess the reason why?

Zsolt, yes red is very popular and effective for a sports car.

Ann, yes they were on display as part of Fall for Greenville.

Curly, thanks for mentioning the Ford GT. I have added it as a link in my post.

Lavender Lady (Norma) getting in is easy it is the getting out which is difficult.

Justin, one of the great things about living downtown is that we can come and go at events. I was out early to take this photo.

Chris, I’m not guilty because my BMW Z3 convertible roadster is blue. It would have to be red to be a mid-life crises.

You got it! We are aiming away from the “staid” silver, white, gold, black and green that would “brand” us as OLD. If your Z3 is bright blue, you also fall into the guilty category. Convertibles also qualified.

BTW. . .I wanted a convertible. . . .My husband didn’t think it a good idea. . . But he has a *silver* car to match his hair!! ROTFLOL
