These drain pipes are part of a project to upgrade Greenville sewer and storm water system. You can see there should be a big improvement. I posted another photo previously showing explosives used in the project and another of men working on the project.

Lynette, yes the photo almost tells a story. Had there my rain clouds on the horizon it would have been even better.
Neva, this project has disrupted traffic for several months. So we will be please when the construction is complete. The enhanced drainage will be nice but I will miss the photo opportunities the construction offered.
