On a recent walk at night I took this photo of a motorcycle with neon lights. While taking the photo one of the people near by said “there is some serious styling going on”. This got me to listening to comments made on the street during the rest of my walk. Following are a few of the comments:
- How far are we from a drink?
- Suzy-Q I love you
- If I was not going to church tomorrow I would not wash my hair
Have you ever over heard any funny comments while on a photo hunt?

No I didn’t. The funniest thing happened to me was an interview by a local television :-) Honestly I love this blue neon and the photo come out
I heard a girl tell another, “we can go to the wedding or we can go to Jamaica”. I thought about that a long time, knowing which one I’d have picked.

Inspired, I had seen the blue neon lights on the undercarriage of automobiles. However, this was a first for me to see a motorcycle pimped out in this manner.

Cute comments…I will have to learn to listen better. I did hear “shoot from the hip” the other day and had to explain to one of my ESL students what they were talking about.
