Actually it is most likely the tower, supporting the pedestrian suspension bride (the Liberty Bridge) in Falls Park, which is floodlit. The flowers were planted around the base of the tower and as a result they are floodlit as well … Click here to see the top of the tower. This second photo was posted previously.

Beautiful photo…last weekend when i was in town i thought to myself it would make an interesting photo - the base of the cable holding the bridge in place. I must say your photo is much better than a daytime pic would have been.
My creative (?) mind got to thinking about the 2 lights in the background…i know they are street lights, but i am imagining 2 little UFO’s …he he he
