Not sure what they are taking a photo of but must be funny with someone dressed up. Maybe your governor or someone like that.
Great job capturing the pure delight on their faces! Love it.
I would have no idea what they were laughing at. However, my wife did show me a video from U Tube of two police officers with hats and shirts and ties and coats but only jockey shorts on and boots and so on. One of the officers was dressed up in a ladies hose and shoes. They were stopping ladies and then walking up to the side of the car and complaining about something on the car. The camera was taking pictures of the ladies in the car. It was the funniest thing I ever saw.
I don’t suppose anyone was behaving this badly in your city but it would be funny if the “authorities” were acting out the same routine.

I love the energy and enthusiasm on everyone’s face in this photograph. You’ve really captured it and it makes you want to know exactly what they are looking at. Perhaps children who are trying to do something and not doing it very well and therefore it’s funny but cute. I don’t know but look forward to seeing the answer.
Let me take a guess. Were children showing off their pets? Maybe showing their tricks or how well trained they are? I will have to come back tomorrow to see, right?
