This quite scene is very different from what the festivities will be like tonight. The 4th of July celebration is always spectacular and well attended. For those of us who live downtown we can enjoy the crowds, fun, and excitement. And at the same time have the peace of mind knowing that in few days we will have another quite night on Main Street.
PS: The mystery of where the rock staircase leads will be revealed on Saturday.
are those van’s very popular in your area? I seen a lot in Mexico..but it seems they are widely used in the US too.

Except for the skyscraper in the background it looks like almost any of the small cities around here. I would like to have a shop on this street. I like it and the trees make the street special.
