June 21, 2007 - The blue ceiling at Soby’s restaurant

The blue ceiling at Soby's restaurant in downtown Greenville, SC This last weekend, we stopped by Soby’s restaurant before the crowds and captured a photo of their blue ceiling. I find the lighting and the colorful ceiling very appealing … In addition to their outstanding food and drinks many find the doors opening on to Main Street a good reason to gather at Soby’s.

We tried their new restaurant the other night, The Lazy Goat, and I found it to be every bit as good as Sobys although my wife prefers Sobys. It has a great view of the river although, like Sobys it’s very noisy. I highly recomend their grouper.

A nice place to spend a good moment with family and friends. Denton, your daughters are two beautiful women and your giraffes are lovely! I’ve already told you, so I repeat: nice car!

Eric, I have heard good reviews of The Lazy Goat. I’m sure we will be eating there soon.

Zsolt, I agree, color affects mood. Prior to starting GreenvilleDailyPhoto I might have enjoyed the bar and not even noticed the color of the ceiling.

North, yes a very good and popular bar.

Alice, thank you Alice. I am especially proud of my daughters.

Terra Vecchia, Je serai heureux d’aider avec la présentation de vos photos dans une plus grande taille. Recherchez un email de moi avec quelques détails… Je sais très peu français ainsi je demanderai également de l’aide d’un ami pour traduire.

Terra Vecchia, I will be pleased to help with the presentation of your photos in a larger size. Look for an email from me with some details … I know very little French so I will also ask for some help from a friend to translate.
