Today we share some color from the plants on Main Street in downtown Greenville. A few extra photos are shared showing some extra color. Which one of the thumbnail photos is un-wanted? Â
The dandelion shows great tenacity growing in the crack of the cement. They are unwanted in my yard, but I also admire them! The floxglove are beautiful.
Abraham, not my steady hand. All the credit goes to the anti-shake feature built into the Sony A100k DSLR.
Lavender Lady (Norma) I was especially pleased this this photo. The story behind it was that Connie, a friend of ours, and myself walked to breakfast recently. Our friend asked Connie “where did Denton go”. Connie said “oh he saw a photo … I’m uses to it”. I am so predictable.
Alice, I have pulled too many dandelions to like them. However, like sister Leonda says, you have to respect them.
Beetle, thank you. I have found that with a good camera if I take lots of photos every so often I capture a really good photo.
Leonda, thank you. You are now named to official GreenvilleDailyPhoto flower expert. Please share the names on all of my flower photos because the best I can do is mention the color (smile).
You have a steady hand. I need to get a new lens with IS.

What a wonderful photo! I can see the surface tension in those water droplets.
I think you wanted to speak about dandelions, but I like them!
