The blue ceiling at Soby's restaurant in downtown Greenville, SC This last weekend, we stopped by Soby’s restaurant before the crowds and captured a photo of their blue ceiling. I find the lighting and the colorful ceiling very appealing … In addition to their outstanding food and drinks many find the doors opening on to Main Street a good reason to gather at Soby’s.

A John Deere umbrella on a sunny day at Falls Park in downtown Greenville, SC Yesterday, at lunch, I took this photo because I found the scene unique. I also like that the John Deere logo on the umbrella was lined up for the photo. If you look closely you will see that he is wearing a John Deere logo on his tee-shirt as well … Having grown up in the country, for me John Deere will always be associated with farming equipment. However in the city I suspect this umbrella and tee-shirt came along with the purchase of John Deere lawn mower.
