Weddings are so positive that at the end of a wedding I always want to applaud. In some ceremonies applauding does occur … This photographer has done a good job of catching the light for the brides wedding photos.

I always find baby stollers to be a postive image which speaks of new life and the joy of tomorrow. This photo was taken from the Liberty Bridge looking down into Falls Park.

This photo is of the Interval Mountain Fall sculpture in downtown Greenville. The sculpture was created by Philip Whitley and can be found in front of the Carolina First building. If any local readers have heard an explanation for the name of the sculpture please share it.

I found a serene photo to escape into when I selected this photo from my archives. The scene is of the Cancer Survivor’s Park in downtown Greenville. You may remember this photo taken on the same day.Â
I am so sad for the parents, families and friends of those students who lost their lives in Monday’s horrid killings at Virginia Tech.

It is prom season in Greenville and everywhere you look the kids are all dressed up. Youth and optimism is everywhere. Notice the white tux. When I graduated from high school, 30+ years ago, a white tux was the fashion statement of the year. Looks like the fahsion has come back around.
