These boxes must be everywhere in the U.S. now. I saw them on the MN blogs and now in Greenville. I clicked on the link and see it Is a new campaign. Very good choice.

Does he bip when you put a letter inside? I’m not sure the french post office could ever get this clever.

Denton, this is great…I posted the same :) R2D2 clones are invading the US! Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. That is cool that you’ve been successful making $ with this blog!!

R2D2 does get about, doesn’t he? I like it that you shot it face on. Somewhat more 3D than the others. The colours pop.

These appeared “just in time” for Theme Day, but little did we know we would be inundated with R2D2 photos!! (Dang, I thought mine was going to be so unique… I shoulda known.)

I’ve just learned about these Star Wars mailboxes - so funny!

Thanks for all yours comments. Theme days are always a lot of fun. This one turned out better than I had thought it would given the difficult subject.

I will have to do some research before I can answer those who asked if the R2D2 mailbox beeped or had a projector or if they are perminate.
