Although a dark alley would not normally be considered a photo opportunity I found the lighting interesting. Also, the shadows add an element of mystery to the photo … Please note, I don’t recommend others walk through dark alleys looking for a photo opportunity.

I do think it’s easy to ignore peril when one is behind the camera. Just that little extra distance from reality gives one a false sense of separateness.
