I found these ripples in the clouds interesting and took a quick snap. When posting the photo I noticed the color difference in the clouds as well. The building on the right is Greenville’s performing arts center called the Peace Center. The building in the background is a new condo complex under construction called the Terrace.

While on a walk yesterday I met Champ Covington who is opening a Port City Java coffee shop in the Field House next to the West End Field where the Greenville Drive plays baseball. Even though Champ is a couple of weeks away from opening he was nice enough to let me take a photo inside his coffee shop … Stop by in a couple of weeks and buy a cup of coffee.

This is what our weekend has been like. And as the sign says, there is more to enjoy!
My wife and I met a frequent reader RestedTravler today. RT is also a great photographer. I recommend you checkout RT’s photos on flickr.

This photo was taken yesterday and shows a couple enjoying Falls Park and warmer weather in Greenville, SC. Also, note the path of stones. The foot traffic was killing the grass at this point so rather than building a concrete sidewalk they wisely built this stone path. It appears the architects at Falls Park have learned from past experience. Looks a little like cobblestones.

Yesterday ending with beautiful blue skies and 70 degree (Fahrenheit) temperatures. However, the day started with dense fog as shown in this photo. Some of the thickest fog I remember in Greenville. You can hardly see the Liberty Bridge in the background of this photo.
