January 23, 2007 - Daffodils diffiantly blooming during January

Daffodils defiantly bloom duringing January winter weather in Greenville, SC Until recently Greenville has had unseasonably warm weather. However, yesterday was overcast and cold. In fact Greenville has had freezing weather the last several days. So at lunch I went for a walk in Falls Park and in an effort to disregard the cold weather I took this close-up of daffodils defiantly blooming during January.

c’est la journee des fleurs, on en trouve sur le blog d’annie (DP littlerock) et sur le mien (DP evry).
En voyant ces fleurs, on ne pense pas que l’on est en Janvier.

it is the day of the flowers, one finds some on the blog of Annie (DP littlerock) and on mine (DP evry). By seeing these flowers, one does not think that one is in January.

HI Denton, I haven’t seen yellow daffodils for a long time, there seems to be only the white ones here but we do have yellow ones in Vancouver too :-) Thanks again for your help with the atom feed.
