December 5, 2006 - Ice cream in short sleeves

Ice cream in short sleeves on November 30th in Greenville, SC at Spill the Beans The cold weather arrived yesterday however recently the weather has been very warm. This photo was taken last Thursday, November 30th. The family in the photo agreed to let me take a photo of them enjoying ice cream at Spill the Beans. Note that the photo was taken at night and lighting was not perfect so I used PhotoShop to enhance the photo.

I love icecream on a cold day. Anyone else? [I know it was still warm when pic taken….wonder if they’ll be back this week?]

Weird? Well, hot tea is refreshing on a hot day….

What a remarkable photo, whatever work you did on photoshop is brilliant. I love the name Spill the Beans and the atmosphere of warmth and coziness you get in contrast with the cold and dark outside.

:))
I like this kind of feeling, eat the icecream in the cold winter. Before I tried to eat it in the cold outside….that was excited….

at night, sitting outside, wearing short sleeves and eating ice cream? That’s really warm for November/December!

Sally, the weather will get colder and ice cream sells will fall of. But then the hot chocolate sell will increase.

Nathalie, thank you. Mainly I just sharpened the photo up a little. And adjusted the lighting levels.

Olivier, they were very nice to let me take their photo. I gave them a GreenvilleDailyPhoto card and I hope they saw their photo and liked it.

Jing, it was really very warm that evening. If I remember correctly it was an unseasonable 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lisi, it will get cold shortly but overall we have mild winters.

Susan, thank you.

Helen, your right. Spill the Beans is a very good name both for coffee and ice cream.
