October 27, 2006 - The Next Step

The Next Step in Greenville, SC My wife made me watch Dancing with the Stars last night. Their talent reminded me of how hopeless I am at dancing. This lead me to remember there was a business on Main Street in Greenville where one can learn to dance … For me, the next step was not dance lessons but instead this photo shared with the world.

I love to dance when I was still in my twenties. Especially ballroom dancing or social dancing. My favorite is the swing and jive, but I am not a good dancer. There is a social dancing school near my apartment and I’m still fighting the urge to enroll, hihihi! ^_~

enjoy your weekend!

Denton, I just watched Marilyn Hoskis Ballroom Dancing and Charm School….I know, the title sounds terrible, but check it out from Block Buster or Netflicks….it has a great twist and turn to it…and who knows, you might be the guy who suddenly can dance the Lindy Hop!

Reminds me of a Sinatra song: come dance with me. Not exactly jazz, but music quickens my heartbeat.

Midnitebara, you should enroll. On a side note which is ball room related: The only Japanese movie I have ever watch was the original movie called “Shall we Dance”. It was recently remade with Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez. After watching the remake we rented the original and enjoyed it a lot.

Norma, we will rent it. Thanks for the tip.

Krisz, it sounds like your male friend is very smart. He was most likely trying to meet a woman.

Olivier, you would put me to shame. But I’m sure my wife would love to have every one to come to dance.

Kate, you sound like a dancer at heart.

Perle, thank you.
