While on a walk yesterday at lunch I shot this photo of a blue building with the blue sky in the background. Note the manikin in the window. Also, for local reader do you have any insight on the “19 Conrad 23″ on top of the building. The building is on Rhett street so it is not the address. I think it may have been a phone number. Or maybe it was the Conrad hotel in 1923. What do you think?

It (1923) is the year that construction of the Conrad Building was completed. I’ve seen this format used on a few buildings.
