I thought you might be interested in a photo showing what a million dollars will purchase. The real-estate listing says it is a four bedroom with three 1/2 bathes. I multiplied the room sizes and it is roughly 3,000 square feet. As you can see it comes with a three car garage.

Yes, I have to agree with you all. This is far out of my budget as well. So you don’t get the wrong impression, please note that the median priced home in Greenville is roughly $230,000 and has roughly 2,000 square feet.

I agree with Marie. Before I read the comments, I looked at the foto again,and thought, “Nah! I’d want a little more for my money. I think I’m living in a bygone era because a house like that would fetch a million here in the Twin Cities. Oh, well! I’m ready for a condo!
